Highly satisfied with the service we received today in Dreams Purely way. Very pleased with Mr. Barret who gave us fantastic customer service and went an extra mile for us. I would definitely recommend Dreams and definitely come back and ask for his service.

We were assisted by Deryck who was extremely helpful. We said that we haven’t shopped for beds for a long time and he used the computerised bed to find out what mattresses would best suit us. Deryck was never pushy and gave us all the time we needed to make our decision. The info from the read-out really helped narrow down our search. We were also given coffee as we tried out different beds.

Diane, the wonderful lady who served, assisted and helped us, was so helpful. Offered us a cup of something hot after coming into your store cold, was so helpful helping us with your bed synchronizing device and finding me the best bed and pillows I needed. Telling me all the options that were there and arranging the delivery time so it all coincided with others.
