Before placing our order on the 17th we had visited the store the week before and had received excellent care and attention from Deryck. He is extremely knowledgeable, approachable and professional. He instinctively understood our requirements and knew what product would be suitable for us. It was clear he had an excellent understanding of the products he sells. It was because of this that we decided to return to the store and make our purchase. We were intent on seeing Deryck again as he had been so attentive and thorough. We were pleased to see that Deryck was available to complete our purchase for us. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and a real credit to Dreams.

Barret was very helpful. Answered all our questions. We used the mattress stimulated to determine the right mattress and came away buying the mattress that was most suitable for us.

Diane served us and was helpful and knowledgable about all the products. She offered us drinks and we did the Dreams rest.

Diane served me and my partner she was so lovely she helped us find a good bed. She wasn’t greedy for the sale either which I loved I hate when you go in to a store and you feel forced. We was debating on two beds and one wasn’t practical. Also the mattress firmness machine wasn’t working but she was so kind we didn’t care. She took us around all the mattress to try untill we found the one we liked. She offered us a hot drink, being management myself in retail I would poach her in a flash.
