The staff member who service was very versed in her knowledge and was very polite. The service provided as excellent and I would strongly recommend Dreams to other people.

I have forgotten the name of the customer service agent who served me but she was wonderful. Most times I walk into shops and I’m either ignored or judged before people make it obvious they do not want to serve me. I have had bad customer service experience but this was out standing. I didn’t even realise anyone was in the store until she came and approached me from across the shop. She was understanding, kind and most importantly patient with my and the struggle I had choosing a bed.

Great knowledge of products. We were not rushed and were given a transparent sale. Products and extra covers were explained, without a pushy sale. Time was taken to understand our needs and what would be best suited for us.

We were served by Barret whilst in store who was extremely helpful.

The man who served/assist us was really helpful. He made this experience less stressful. He had a lot of knowledge about the products.

On our first visit we were seen by ray who was very knowledgable me we over the mattress machine! We bought two tempur Pillows he recommended and I have slept so much better. He provided excellent help and advise which prepped us to return Sunday for a speedy service with Moses who was very patient while we decided what tv bed we wanted. He also gave us a good deal so we were happy

Michael the assistant at dreams was very helpful. He suggested that we use the mattress guide machine which gave an in depth mattress analysis. Michael was patient with us and not pushy and very friendly.

Sales person Deryck was very informative and welcoming. Made my nervous experience into a pleasant one.
