The staff were very welcoming and Tanya helped me to select the mattress I needed. Very pleased with Tanya’s knowledge of the products available in the store.

When we decided to come to Dreams we were only looking for a headboard, Deyerk approach us greeting us with a friendly smile and lots of energy. He asked us if we wanted help and we said that we were just looking and if we needed help we would find him, he was very helpful. We did find him and purchased a bed head and frame. Deyrek was very knowledgable and patient with us , and made our shopping experience a really pleasant one and even made me a coffee.He explained everything clearly . His customer service was great . We were warmly greeted by Diane and - without pressure - having said what we were looking for, were shown to the computer bed where our comfort levels were assessed. Tea and coffee given and we tried several mattresses that Diane suggested would be suitable. We compliment her on her care and help.

The store assistant was quick and attentive. I like that we were approached AFTER testing the mattress and beds in store which was great as we had a chance to discuss our options without the pressure of a store assistant waiting behind you. The purchase was quick and pain free. The bed and mattress are really great quality and I am extremely happy with the purchase.

We were given all the information we needed in a polite manner and shown examples of different beds .

Derryk was so helpful and had a great sense of humour. All the other staff seemed chatty and cheerful too.

Deryck was incredibly helpful, very informative, had a lovely manner. He showed us the different options. He wasn't pushy and allowed us time to think.

We were greeted by Diane and her colleagues upon arrival in the store and we decided to browse by ourselves for a while. After trying a few mattresses Diane came and asked us if we would like to try the sleep match machine to make sure we made the right choice. We tried it out and we're delighted with all the products it suggested when Diane showed them all to us afterwards. She gave us suggested pillows to take around the store with us to try the different mattresses. She was extremely kind and helpful and offered us tea and coffee and encouraged us to swap around our pillows and try as many different ones as we liked and to spend time trying out the mattresses. She gave us plenty of time alone to make our decision and was very speedy with placing the order and organising the delivery. We are thrilled with both our experience at Dreams and our purchases. Hands down the most comfortable sleep we've had in years. Thanks Diane and all at Croydon Dreams.
