Dreams - Croydon

Deryk at Dreams in Croydon was very helpful. We weren't planning on purchasing a bed just yet as we aren't due to move until December however he explained we could put a deposit down. He talked us through the bed frames and took us to the dream match machine, when asking for our budget he didn't try to oversell he understood exactly what we were looking for. He offered us drinks and talked us through everything including pillows. He made the whole process easy.

Michael was very knowledgeable and friendly. He spent a long explaining every detail nothing was too much.

I was served by Barret. He was the store manager and came to me straight away. Asked us a couple questions about our bed preferences and found the perfect match straight away. Quick and efficient service by him, it was fantastic experience will definitely be returning.

From the moment we walked in through the door of the store we were made welcome. We were listened to and and guided as to what we wanted. The staff member Michael at the Purley Way branch was very helpful and patient. He did NOT try to do a hard sell which we appreciated. He assisted us to find and buy the right mattress. Covid rules were respected.
