I needed questions answered, regarding a bed i'd seen on line and a new mattress my assistant took my through the process easily - immediately understood what i wanted to know and he helped me make the purchase, of the bed and the mattress - easily and quickly and as i made my mind up he bought me a hot chocolate. I can be quite indecisive and he lead me to the right decision!

The Sales Assistant Michael was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the various products. The ordering of our new sofa bed was quick and a delivery time to suit us. Can't wait for it to arrive!

Michael was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to talk to. He offered us a hot drink while we were discussing our needs and going through the credit process. Michael was very patient and we did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Very positive experience in making our purchase.
