Dreams - Croydon

I was very happy by the service provided by the representative that served me. He had only started at the job and he was really good! Took time to understand my needs and what I was looking for, showed me around the shop many times, I had the opportunity to try as many products as I wanted, he provided me with recommendations and offers available. Seemed knowledgeable about the products and what would be the best to me. I went to Dreams Croydon in the afternoon on 29th February and the person who served me is called Tyrrel. One negative comment I have is that the amount of forms to be filled and the details required to complete the sale are just ridiculous. We spent so much time filling the forms and checking details that made me fill frustrated. It wasn't Tyrell's fault at all, the system is bad. He was doing all accordingly while being supervised by another colleague. He mentioned was his first time finishing the sale and I thought he did very well for a first time. I think clients should be given a tablet or something similar to fill up the forms and details, would help speed up the process.

I knew exactly what I wanted before going to the store a lovely man called Michael came and helped us so we went to purchase the mattress within 10 minutes of being in the store which I was happy about

Tanya the salesperson was extremely helpful and showed us a variety of mattresses that met my needs. She was patient and friendly which made this a very pleasant shopping experience.

Diane was v helpful and friendly We used the sleep machine and found this useful. We were offered a drink and given plenty of time to make our minds up.I was given a pillow to try on the beds.It was very comfortable.

This was my first visit to a Dreams Store and was very impressed with the whole experience.

We had a lady called Mel who helped us in the Purley Way Croydon store. She was excellent-so friendly and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and guided us in the right direction. She had all the time for us even when we were indecisive as there were so many beds she quickly helped us work our way through them and find the bed of our dreams!!

Deryck was very helpful, offered refreshments, showed us the sleep station and showed us how to find exactly the kind of mattress we were looking for.

Our dreams Colleaque Michael was good and experience and will be coming back in few months to purchase another bed for our son who is looking at a matteress and double bed.

The assistance we were given by Deryck was very good, he provided us with the knowledge and understanding we needed to order the right bed for our needs. He spent a good amount of time with us and was eager to answer our questions. The whole process from choosing the bed to ordering and selecting delivery date was smooth and no problems were encountered during our visit
