Dreams transaction system was not picking up the address on my bank card account. Deryck was very proactive and tried multiple ways to get around the issue and finally we managed to place the order. Felt very supportive during the whole process and Deryck was extremely professional and helpful

We went to the Croydon store on Sunday June 15th. The store was almost empty, and there was hand sanitiser and gloves for us to use. We we were served by Michael that offered us water. He explained to us the differences between the models we had in mind (TheraPur), gave us very good pillows with protection covers on to use when trying the mattresses. We did the Sleep Experience, that suggested us a couple of the models we had in mind already, it gave us confidence to move forward with the purchase. There was a very good discount on the mattress we wanted, and Michael was really helpful and attentive to our needs. We were offered the mattress cover, but there wasn't the exact option we wanted (cover with a zipper). It was a really good experience, even more impressive given the current restrictions due to the coronavirus situation.

Very friendly we was offered water or coffee not many places offer you that and the way we was shown the different types of mattresses to go with the bed I wanted
