Customer service was great, really helpful in finding the mattress to best match our needs. Social distancing measures were kept in place as best as possible. Water offered. Overall friendly and helped us find exactly what we needed and more.

Your colleague Barret was polite, attentive without being overbearing. He made us aware of items available to us for health and safety reasons. We were given time to browse, and he stayed at a distance waiting for us to summon him, therefore we did not feel like we were being pressurised. His knowledge was excellent. Hospitality ie, drinks offered, Excellent service.
