The beds which determine which type of bed you should get are such a great idea. A slight complaint with the charge to remove the old bed. £75 seems like a lot, but we will recommend Dreams

I was worried that there might be too many people in the store but in fact it was fine and sanitiser and coffee was available which made for a pleasant experience. A member of staff helped me with choosing the right bed at the price I could afford. There was no rush and the whole procedure went very smoothly. I had bought beds at Dreams before over the years in different locations.

Spoke to both employees during our visit both helpful. Product knowledge good & knew where the appropriate mattress were in the store after we did the Sleepmatch test. Having purchased our current mattress in the same store we returned again.
