I was highly satisfied with my experience at Dreams because they had just what I wanted .

We visited the store before and Rosa showed us around. They way that treated us, give us no option but to came back and buy a bed and mattress. The second time we came back, she remembered us and greeting us very well. She offered us warm drink which helped us to be warm and feel good during cold weather. She also offered us pillows to test the mattress. During the purchase she convinced us it's better to pay for assembly to get the best out of the bed without any hassle. Overall, she is the best 😄 Her other colleagues were also helpful and had smile on their faces.

Michael D sakes was extremely knowledgeable. After the mattress computer survey he was able to show us all the mattresses advised. He could detail each mattress. Very friendly and made us feel very comfortable.

Rosa, the sleep expert who assisted me, was very patient and understanding also listening to what my children wanted. She greeted us ,offered us a drink, pillows and assembling of my bed.

She also helped me select pillows and recommended the mattress protector. She was also helpful with choosing the delivery days. Overall, very satisfied with my visit to the store. The young man Michael Francis was very helpful and polite. Even down to offering a coffee at the till. He was quick to introduce me to the sleep match machine which really guided my decision on purchase.
