The salesperson Micheal was brilliant. Very patient, informative and very well mannered. We bought a bed and mattress from Michael at the store 18 months ago and were extremely happy with the service, so came back.

We were greeted by friendly staff, we used the machine to find our best fit, then were showed a variety of mattresses. The staff member was patient and supportive while we tried each bed several times.
