We visited the valley park Croydon store and was greeted by Deryck. He was instantly welcoming and very friendly. When we wanted to discuss beds, we sat down with him and was offered drinks on several occasions which we really appreciated. He took his time to completely listen to what we wanted and assisted us with every question we had. He gave us different prices for our different requests and questions on monthly payments on each different size of bed we asked for. He also included two memory foam pillows to go with our new bed that we was extremely happy with. He went above and beyond to meet our needs and we would highly recommend anyone going to this store to ask for him as he will assure all needs are met and all questions are answered.

Great approach and personality across all staff present at time which made us feel at ease. Fantastic knowledge of the products and was easily able to understand and meet our needs. Flexible approach to delivery times which is ideal for us moving in to our first home. Felt safe with the measures put in place for Covid 19/Social distancing which was a major factor in shopping and placing an order here.

The salesperson Micheal was brilliant. Very patient, informative and very well mannered. We bought a bed and mattress from Michael at the store 18 months ago and were extremely happy with the service, so came back.
