Level of service provided was of a very high standard. Staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgable. The store was spacious laid out which promoted social distancing. There was also a professional but relaxed atmosphere that helped to keep me in the store and ultimately purchase goods. Hand sanitiser was also readily available.

The assistant (lady called Diane) greeted us politely and was very very helpful. She kindly served us a coffee, and advised us to try the sleep machine to find our perfect mattress. She then got us to try the various mattresses that the sleep machine had indicated, and we were happy with the one we purchased. She also advised us on pillows, which we used whilst trying the mattresses, and we were impressed with these, so bought two of them as well. Overall, very impressed with Diane.

She then got us to try the various mattresses that the sleep machine had indicated, and we were happy with the one we purchased. She also advised us on pillows, which we used whilst trying the mattresses, and we were impressed with these, so bought two of them as well. Overall, very impressed with Diane.
