Really friendly staff, given the appropriate amount of time to understanding needs but also left alone to try beds and discuss privately. Nice balanced, never felt pressured.

I was swiftly seen to upon waiting patiently by a bed. I told the staff my preferences and my budget and she helped me to select the best mattress for me. She gave me time and didn’t make me feel rushed in making my decision. I am looking forward to the arrival of my mattress!
