The employee who served us, Michael in the Purley Way store was very knowledgeable. He spent time going through our various mattresses that were suitable for us. Very attentive offered us several drinks. Overall really good customer service.

The sales rep Deryck was extremely helpful. We did have many questions, and was in the store for a long time, however at no time felt pressured to buy any item or harassed by sales teams in-store

Really friendly staff, given the appropriate amount of time to understanding needs but also left alone to try beds and discuss privately. Nice balanced, never felt pressured.
