I was prompted by Tanya at my visit to the store and guided me through the whole process of finding the right mattress, which is exactly what any customer wants. I was very impressed with the bed testing machine who measure and analyse my sleeping habit. After Tanya prompted me a couple of mattresses to test she gave me plenty of time to retest and decide the one I wanted, which was awesome.
