The colleague named Deryck was well mannered, patient and a great understanding of the products that he was showing me. He kept a good distance from me and my Mum. He made our shopping experience worthwhile as we were only looking to get a single bed and we end up getting a double bed along with the frame. Great customer service across the board. 10/10 service.

Excellent customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, nice showroom, all the products on display to see and test, staff were really good, offered refreshments, happy team of staff, all social distancing measures in place. Overall a good experience.

Stock available, offer of an appointment ( which we took up). Your store was very clean and covid safe. Above all , Michael looked after us very well, knowledgeable which we expected because he has sold to us in the past.
