Upon arrival, Michael was brilliant. We had arrived with one idea of what we thought we wanted, and despite changing our minds half way through the visit, Michael was not at all phased. He took time to listen to our specifics and despite having a very firm idea of what would work for us (and potentially limiting ourselves), he managed to find a bed and mattress that was exactly what we needed. He found the perfect mattress for us straight away, and despite us trying out 3 others and eventually coming back to the very first one he placed on our radar, he was just happy we had found "our" mattress. You have two very happy customers, who cannot wait for the arrival of their dream bed.

I booked appointment on line and when I arrived for my appointment I didn't have to wait. I was addressed politely. Tanya explained everything in great detail and I didn't feel pressured in to buying any specific items. She allowed me time to consider my purchase. The store was clean. All staff were wearing PPE and hand sanitizers were available when you walked into the store.

Good options of products, reasonably priced, excellent assistance provided by Barret. Staff member was immediately on hand, not over bearing but very informative.
