De ruck was fantastic, he was knowledgable and completely changed our minds on what we were buying after trying the sleep machine alongside Derycks knowledge. He helps us to try loads of beds until we found the right one. He wore PPE the whole time and kept a safe distance. Big thanks to Deryck for the A class service we received!

I was really happy with the cleanliness in the store. Excellent that they had alcohol hand sanitiser at the entrance and pillow covers that we disposed of when leaving the store. Tyrell helped us and was very friendly and knowledgable. The machine to discover our best matches was good. It was great how Tyrell took us around the shop trying the recommend mattresses and giving us his advice.

Upon arrival, Michael was brilliant. We had arrived with one idea of what we thought we wanted, and despite changing our minds half way through the visit, Michael was not at all phased. He took time to listen to our specifics and despite having a very firm idea of what would work for us (and potentially limiting ourselves), he managed to find a bed and mattress that was exactly what we needed. He found the perfect mattress for us straight away, and despite us trying out 3 others and eventually coming back to the very first one he placed on our radar, he was just happy we had found "our" mattress. You have two very happy customers, who cannot wait for the arrival of their dream bed.
