Greeted on entry Assisted Given options Had a drink

On arrival we was politely asked if needed assistance but not as soon as go though the door. The staff was polite and helpful there was no rushing to try to get us done and when we had to wait for the bed machine was asked if wanted a drink. On testing the meds the staff gave us a pillow covering so was happy with this under a health aspect. Once we chose the bed and mattress the paperwork and terms was explained and not rushed. I am very satisfied with the staff and the overalls experience.

The colleague who assisted me during my visit was very knowledgeable and welcoming. Despite the product I bought not being available for delivery for 10-12 weeks he made my experience a plesant one by the way he conducted himself. He was able to provide technical information in a timely fashion and also offered me a drink. This all enabled the transaction to be completed smoothly. I would recommend Dreams and this particular colleague to a friend.
