Michael my was a perfect host. He was very attentive to my needs and gave his undivided attention, kept his distance. He offered a drink. He listened to what I had to say and found me the most perfect bed. I only hope now that i will have perfect sleep on the bed and wake up with no pains that would be wonderful. I had a good experience at Dreams all down to my attendant.

The sales assistant, Michael, was very friendly, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable about the stock and even offered us refreshments. He understood quickly what we were looking for and showed us all the options available. He also encouraged us to try your 'mattress assessor' which we did. We then tried lying on a number of different mattresses which made it easy for my wife to choose which one she wanted. We went away to look at other shops and then returned later. Michael welcomed us again and offered us refreshments again, which we accepted which he took our order. All in all, Michael made our purchase a very pleasant experience, he is to be commended.
