From my arrival the sales representative Deryck was extremely helpful. He took the time to explain and listen to what I was looking for. Deryck is great and clearly has a great understanding of the products.

The store was clean and we felt very protected with the PPI being used. The store manager, Barret was VERY knowledgable, he was always close by if we had a question but still gave us plenty of space and time to browse. We were also offered a coffee to have as we wondered around the store and felt encouraged to spend plenty of time on the mattress we were interested in before making the purchase. The sleep match machines was a huge help too!

Was extremely happy with the quality of service I receive from your staff member (micheal of the Valley Park beanch) his attention to detail with regards to product knowledge was fantastic. He asked the right questions to ascertain which bed would be best for myself and we were led straight to the right section to choose the perfect bed
