We were greeted & offered assistance & the sleep machine. We were left to browse at our leisure & then Barret was nearby to ask for assistance when we were ready. We showed him the bed set we liked & he showed us to the sleep machine. Barret then retrieved paper towels & pillows to allow us to safely try out different mattresses to suit our needs, he let us know the mattresses had been sprayed recently for cleanliness too. When our decision was made we sat down with Barret to make our order & he offered us a drink. He took time to go through all of the options & we were very happy with our purchase.
