Dreams - Croydon

I have been using dreams for 10 years now and have always received excellent service. The staff are always knowledgeable and professional and the aftersales service is fantastic. I would and have recommended all my family and friends to use dreams for any bed or mattress purchase.

The assistant who served us was very knowledgeable and took a lot of time to find out exactly what we wanted. We came away feeling like very valued customers.

The only store near me that the bed I was looking at in store

Michael D was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products. He wasn’t pushy and we didn’t feel at all rushed. He offered a drink, let us lay down on mattresses with a pillow and paper towel. He also gave us the opportunity to use your sleep match machine which confirmed the mattress we decided to purchase.

Great range of products and good customer service

Glen was fantastic, we have visited a range of store to buy a bed in the area and Glen at the croydon branch was the most informative salesman we found which is the reason why we came and brought the bed from Dreams. He was personable, informative, patient and really understood how mattress and beds are designed and meet the needs of the individual. He didn't try and sell us something we could not afford. We felt like we were his priority and there was no rush. Even though the sale had hours before it ended. Extremely impressed it was very nice to meet skilled salesman who obviously took pride in his work.

As soon as we stepped into the store we were greeted by Deryck who was very friendly. After asking us what type of bed we were looking for he walked us through all the various options on offer. He explained everything with great detail but did not push us into buying something we didn't want.

Rosa who looked after us from the moment we entered the store to placing our order could not have been more helpful.

The gentleman was very helpful indeed very friendly very polite..took me around the store showed me the best deals on what I wanted..very happy...

Patryck from your Croydon branch who served us was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He knew exactly where all the options of matresses were located in the store for us to try and we did try quite a few!
