Our Customer Service Advisor Louise made our purchase easy. She was friendly and very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble.

We had looked on website for mattress options to view in store but after chatting with the assistant they guided us to other options more suited to our needs.

Jame's our server was amazing . Nothing was too much trouble. We needed a bed, mattress and headboard and walked away with exactly that. With a fast delivery date and a few extras that we needed.

Taku the assistant who served us was prompt when asking if we needed help and was very friendly and knowledgeable, he didn't rush us too make a choice and made us feel relaxed enough too take our time and choose the right mattress for us.

James was very professional and friendly and very knowledgeable.

We went to the Gloucester store and Alan was absolutely delightful, very good at his job and very knowledgeable, very satisfied with how we were treated nothing was too much trouble , and they were extremely busy , didn’t rush us once .
