Jame's our server was amazing . Nothing was too much trouble. We needed a bed, mattress and headboard and walked away with exactly that. With a fast delivery date and a few extras that we needed.

Taku the assistant who served us was prompt when asking if we needed help and was very friendly and knowledgeable, he didn't rush us too make a choice and made us feel relaxed enough too take our time and choose the right mattress for us.

Louise was very professional, knew the product and made the process very easy.

Staff were attentive and friendly. We were given all the information needed in order to feel comfortable with the purchase. All costs were explained and time for delivery. Overall very happy with the service.

We went to the Gloucester store and Alan was absolutely delightful, very good at his job and very knowledgeable, very satisfied with how we were treated nothing was too much trouble , and they were extremely busy , didn’t rush us once .
