Louise was very helpful in showing us the different mattress suited to our needs.

The service from Alan and Shaun at the Gloucester Dreams store was incredible, they were so helpful and knowledgeable about the products in the store, gave us all the time and information we needed to make our decision on a mattress. Both really were very friendly and made the experience one that we will recommend to anyone else looking to buy a new mattress.

Liked the Bed fitting system, which was clearly explained to us in advance. The assistant (James) took the time to go through each option individually with us and explained the pros/cons of each with respect to our needs. Very good service

The service by Takudzwa was excellentHe was very attentive,knowledgable and enthusiastic.. Very pleased with the items ordered but wished we could have the divan available earlier.Having said that, the assistant did try very hard to accomplish that.

It was just on overall great experience. Andy, the sales rep was so helpful and not to pushy! Made us very comfortable and no question was to much trouble to answer and with all the stor knowalhe on the boards we could confidently pick a new mattress.
