After giving me some time to have a look, I was greeted, and assisted by a staff member. They discussed what I was looking for, put me on the sleepmatch machine, talked me through the results, and showed me the items from within the store. They also asked about my current bed arrangements, and satisfaction amounts, to influence the decision on my final product choice. After showing me items, and discussing things, I was left at peace to retry items, and continue looking at my own pace, to come up with a decision.

Alan was extremely knowledgeable not pushy gave us space while we were testing beds and did not hard sell which made us come back the next day and make a £3000 purchase!!!

The welcome and help offered by Louise was excellent. The coffee was also very nice.

Salesman Taku was very knowledgeable with the product's and answered all our questions in order to make our decision so much easier. He was very efficient and fully understood our needs. This along with refreshments made our visit to the store an alround enjoyable experience.

The sleep measuring device was useful, this was followed by excellent service
