We were satisfied with the help we had and felt Shaun was doing a good job , but that is what he is paid to do .

Delivery time was too long. Louise was has very good customer service, even got offered a hot drink whilst we purchased our mattress.

Would of liked it to be better priced but they prices seemed fair. Helpful staff

It was generally ok,however the so say upto 60 % Sale offers were very few yet signs were everywhere and only 1 bed and mattress was on offer at that amount.

Just want to be left alone choosing what I wanted after the very helpful manager had explained everything. Staff keep asking if I need help, i understand they are being helpful. Manager Shaun is excellent, helpful, friendly and good service

The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The bed itself was more basic than i wanted but it was the better deal.

Sales people didn’t ask what our budget was so we spent time looking at items we would never purchase. Also, the layout of the store doesn’t help shoppers browse by price or mattress type
