I was put on a machine to find the best bed. It really works! Much better than testing everybody in the shop. The assistant was so patient and helped me find tge right bed. No pressure just very kind and helpful. I bought a new bed with the assistants help. I'm very pleased. Paying was quick. Delivery is quick too. Can't wait for it to arrive now.

Good range of products and the assistant wason top of his job

The store was clean tidy and welcoming on arrival. Staff were friendly with smiles on all their faces so obviously enjoyed their work. All worked well as a team. Very knowledgeable on all products and took time to explain everything about products and showed us comparisons and explained why they would choose one item over another but making sure we knew that at the end of the day they did not want to influence our decision. Moved away so that we could discuss our options in private and come to a decision so that we did not feel uncomfortable. Offered refreshments to all in our party.

We were very delighted with the store manager Shaun who served us. Very professional, kind and knowledgeable. He made the experience less stressful for my elderly parents. He’s a credit to the company.

The service advisor at DREAMS Glos was amazing to deal with. His name was TAKU and he could not have been nicer or more polite to my wife and I. He should be given an award for his services he was just brilliant.

Shaun was very knowledgable and helpful but not at all pushy. Shaun gave us the option to try any beds that we wanted and take our time to test the mattresses as many times as we wanted. We felt that we were under no pressure to make a purchase but he was always on hand to help and assist.
