Very helpful sales-person(Jay). Seemed to know his subject,was informative but never pushy.Gave lots of different options & nothing was too much trouble.We entered the store knowing nothing & felt we'd been well advised.

Jason the guy who served us was very knowledgeable did not try to push at all whether it was price or choice. Never thought buying a bed could be pleasurable.

We were dealt with by Jay in an extremely friendly and professional manner, he wasn't too pushy, his product knowledge was precise and he dealt with us very well. He also made our two daughters feel engaged.
