Dreams - Gloucester

Was given time to try out beds. All questions answered and time given to ex plain and answer our enquiries. Offered tea and coffee given a tempur pillow to try as well while trying out beds. Would like to praise Shaun (dreams -gloucester peel centre) for his patience and customer service. Did not feel pressured into a sale at all. He gave us time to think, explore and consider options. Lovely manner and helpful!

JAMES WAS VERY PLEASANT AND APPROACHABLE. HE GREETED US IMMEDIATELY AND, AS I KNEW EXACTLY WHAT I WAS GOING IN FOR, HE DID NOT TRY TO BORE ME WITH UNNECESSARY INFORMATION AND TOOK ME IMMEDIATELY TO WHAT I WAS LOOKING TO PURCHASE AND EXPLAINED THE DEALS THAT WERE ON THAT DAY.

James was very helpful and very patient, it took us a long time to make a decision but all staff at the shop were very helpful.

Efficient friendly service

The staff member, Jay, that dealt with us was very knowledgeable, but never pushy. We were welcome to take as long as we liked and test as many products as we chose before making our decision. Jay was always eager to answer any questions we had and also made us coffee in the process. A very enjoyable visit and a product we are very happy with.

The selection system was easy to understand the assistant James was patient helpful and not pushy .nothing was too much trouble .he seemed very knowledgeable considering he had only been there 10 weeks .he was very polite and friendly. There was a good choice of products through the budget range.
