James was extremely friendly and helpful with the purchase of our new mattress for our first home. There was no pressure to purchase anything like in other stores, he was listened to our preferences and highlighted appropriate mattresses for our needs. I would not hesitate returning for future purchases.

James who helped with our buying a mattress was first class very helpful.

We found the staff to be friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The salesman offered us choices but no hard sell tactics.

We were greeted with a welcoming smile & an offer of assistance. The assistant took note & listened to our reason for our visit & the product to which were interested in purchasing. Seeing there are a multitude of mattress designs, these were initially explained / discussed, then we were taken to the most appropriate one & other designs. This exercise was most useful & the assistants introduction to the 1st mattress was virtually spot-on to our needs, we finally selected the next model.

James was an excellent salesperson, he was genuine and not at all pushy. He was also very knowledgeable about the products and helped us find the perfect mattress. Compared to the bensons for beds store next door, the service at dreams is vastly superior. In addition the order to delivery time is much shorter and the beds are sourced from the UK which is a big advantage over the competition.
