Dreams - Gloucester

Our experience in the Gloucester store was excellent, the sales guy, Jay was very helpful, and very knowledgeable on the range of products,

Very good service we had are autistic son with us all staff were very good ensuring his needs were met whilst also attending to us

All staff very accommodating as we had to take out autistic son with us staff very kind and helpful

The store manager (Shaun) at the Gloucester store was very helpful and thorough in covering all the information we needed to know.

We were looking for a guest bed to use in a spare room. The assistant made sure we understood the different types of matress and quality available, and didn't try to over-sell a more expensive product - in fact he pointed us to the set of beds that were most cost-effective for the low level of use we will make of the bed.

Shaun the store manager looked after us. He was great. Professional, smart, good manners, explained everything perfectly without pressuring us. I am in sales and he is exactly I would like to see in my sales team members. I bought from Shaun not Dreams. He was so good I decided I wanted to buy from him and did not give go to your competitors store next door. Well done Shaun. One slight comment, the pricing for the Ottoman could have been explained better

We were assisted by James for our purchase and he was a very helpful and pleasant young man, we will certainly visit again if all of your staff are as nice as him, well done to James

James greeted us on entry and gave us space to browse. When given our requirements, he made good suggestions, which we took. Friendly, knowledgeable. In and out in about 20-30 mins, no hastle, good shopping experience. Nice cup of coffee too!

James was very helpful, he and I are both big men so he was able to relate to the issues I was having and point me in the right direction, he gave myself and my parents alot of advice as we were mainly there for me but my parents were also looking for what was available for them in the near furture. Overall very good experience although the price had 20% off it is weird that the total paid was more than all my flights put together, I am returning to south african for a holiday. But comfort comes at a cost. Thank you for your help James

Charline was extremely attentive and took time to explain everything to us and with anything she was unsure of she went to find the answer quickly. She was extremely friendly and not in any way pushy
