The assistants I received was absolutely great. Shaun was ever so helpful and patient. I couldn’t ask for more.

The shop assistant was very attentive, she asked lots of relevant questions, i used the sleep machine, she listened to our budget and only showed us options that were realistic for us and our needs.

Very impressed with the Shaun in particular who was looking after us. He was easily able to recommend the right products for us by our requirements and didn't waste time showing us unsuitable products. really happy with the whole experience - have already recommended Dreams to two friends that are looking for a new mattress and will continue to do so.

Customer service was excellent where Taku spent a long time helping though what we were looking for. He was very friendly and welcoming to us. It was a very busy bank holiday but he was able to help us and others. Thank you very much

The store was very busy but we didnt wait long to be served. The that took our order showed us to a seat and told he'd be back in a few minutes - which he was. The order only took a few minutes to put through and we were very pleased with the quick delivery date.

James was our sleep expert and was brilliant…. Just the right attitude, informative and gave a very good description of all products.. felt well supported without the usual high pressure sales spiel which was very refreshing …

The bed analysis machine took all the stress away from where to start. Alan was extremely helpful and gave us time to browse but was always ready to talk when we were finished.

We had done research prior to arriving in store. When we arrived we couldnt find the specific mattress instore, and had reached the vack of the store before a member of staff approached is. But once they did they had excellent knowledge and service and were really helpful.

The person that felt with our sale was very professional and friendly. He helped with everything we needed. His name was Shaun.
