From the moment we walked in the door, the staff were friendly & gave us smiles - They also chatted to our 1 year son, who was running around like a manic the whole time we were in there deciding. They were great with him.

I was quickly approached by an assistant who took trouble to help me find what I was looking for and didn't pressurise me in any way. There was a vast selection of products.
