Friendly staff no pressure to buy nice cup of coffee

we visited knowing that the new machine was there to advise the type of mattress to look for. It was a very reassuring experience and explained very well. Very friendly sales person and was not forceful in any way of getting a deal.

Shaun approached us soon after we arrived in the store and took us through the whole process of purchasing our bed, giving us time to think about it. He even made us a nice cup of coffee.

Good product, cheerful service, good delivery!

We were greeted with a warm smile and tried the bed machine which was very impressive. Shaun did not oversell to us but was very fair in recommending a range of bed options of various price ranges. It was interesting finding out how the mattresses differed and how this effects your sleep. There seemed to be no limits to what Shaun knew and even gave us advice on pillows. Very happy!

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the products. We were greeted upon entering the store, offered tea/coffee and made to feel welcome. We placed an order for a new mattress and were able to choose our preferred date for delivery.
