Shaun took me through the whole process of choosing a mattress. He was very polite and knowledgeable and I was not pressured into buying anything.

The store manager was very helpful and polite. After being assessed for the most suitable mattress he showed me my options without any pressure to buy.

Our assistant Alan in your Gloucester branch was extremely competent knowledgeable and friendly.

James the sales person was brilliant, he was polite friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to match our needs to a product without being forceful or pushy. He listened to our needs and made valid suggestions. We weren’t rushed and felt at ease. A very nice person and a valued employee. We left happy.

Alan greeted us a few minutes after entering the store. We told him what we were after (mind you it was a very last minute request for a king sized mattress to have by the next day for our guests who were coming to visit us. Alan was incredibly knowledgable about the products, very friendly, efficient and listened to our needs. We were very impressed by the level of customer service we received by Alan. We left with a king sized mattress not even 20 minutes later in our car and within the amount of money we wanted to spend. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you Alan!

Store was clean and clearly laid out. The staff were very helpful, Alan helped us find a mattress to suit our needs and was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to what would be best for us, he was amazing.

We were greeted and allowed to look around without hindrance, but given such a huge amount of help when we were ready. Our bed buying experience was leisurely, we took the opportunity to be measured and then were showed and tried the relevant beds - several times. We felt able to ask many questions almost in a dialogue, and were given all the facts we needed to know to help make up our minds. James in Gloucester gave us every consideration and time to think, he even took the trouble to write down our options when we knew we would not remember otherwise. We were even offered a cuppa. Dreams realise that buying a bed is an important decision and quite an investment so it needs to be right. The whole experience was spot on, and we left fully satisfied with how things went, obviously the proof of the pudding will be in the good nights sleep when it's delivered.

We just enjoyed the experience of getting a new bed and customer service from James was fab it was fun!
