We had prompt and efficient service from Louise. She was very helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy which made us confident in what we were buying.

Excellent service provided by the sales person. He spent a lot of time explaining all the options and explaining the results of the 'test bed'. A good education to myself and son on the best types of mattress for our needs and also regarding pillows, which we also bought.

Jordan was very helpful. This was my second visit Into the store. He was very knowledgable and was able to answer all my questions. There was no hard sell and I didn’t feel pressurised Into placing an order. He directed me to several choices of mattress and allowed me to make my own decision based on the options available to me.

On entering the Gloucester store Alan approached us to enquire after our needs. He then asked us to try out the Sleep Match which we found very helpful. Then he took us around the various mattresses that were recommended. Alan's knowledge of the mattresses was outstanding . He was so patient and understanding and spent a good amount of time with us.. We decided to go home and think through all of our options and then returned to the store a few days later . Alan was busy with another customer when we arrived so we waited for him to finish and then proceeded to place our order with him. We felt that it would have been unfair to give the sale to one of the other staff after the time he had given us. He is an absolute credit to your business and we would not hesitate to go to him for any requirements in the future.
