We came in more to do some research on a tempur mattress. Sharan was very welcoming and gave us all the information we needed plus some more which meant we walked out of the store that day with a new mattress!

The service that me and my wife received was very warm and very enjoyable experience to buy a new mattress

The 2 sales assistance were very friendly and polite. They were very attentive and did not rush me in anyway. There was no "hard sell" which I really dislike. I thought there would be more items available to try but them sometimes it is harder to decide what to buy. On the whole had a very good service from both the sales assistance.

I was met by a very friendly member of staff, If she didn't know something (as she was a new employee) she very quickly got an experienced colleague to answer my question's. I found her very efficient and caring. :)

I am disabled and walk with a crutch...the store was well laid out and I had plenty of room to get around. Staff member was extremely helpful and she offered me a hot drink which was freshly made, in a mug and not from a machine in a plastic cup!
