The sales assistants were very friendly, patient and helpful. Their product knowledge was very good.

The assistant, Tessa, was lovely - very professional, very knowledgable and very helpful. It was a great shopping experience all round.

The assistant, Sharon, got the service just right, enough information was shared and time for us to think about our choices was spot on. Her knowledge about the products was good and she was friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We were very pleased.

Easy purchase and transaction. Tessa showed me different options and was knowledgable about the types of bed and springs/ orthopaedic etc. I didn't feel under pressure to buy a bed- in fact I was not looking and ended up buying the bed because of the help and assistance received. Being pregnant, Tessa took this into account and u didn't have to walk up and down the shop, she offered me tea/ drink, went through available dates which were convenient for me. Made a note on delivery that as I am pregnant u am unable to disesemble or place mattress in bag and that I must lift anything. Amazing- as I said easy transaction and purchase. Just what I need at 5 months pregnant.

Friendly approachable staff...Went initially on a sat afternoon and was impressed by Adam's politeness and how approachable he was..Good advice and didn't feel pressured but left with all the info to return on Monday morning as promised to make my order where I was helped by another excellent staff member...So sorry I can't find his name!

The shop assistant was very attentive, very friendly, and keen to show me options rather than just pitch the most expensive stuff at me. When I gave her an idea of what I was looking for, she was very quick to point me in the direction of products I was interested in. Seemed very knowledgeable about each individual product, especially the mattresses, which was pivotal in helping me make my decision. Also brought coffee straight off the bat, which was nice.

Employee was extremely helpful and friendly, able to help me find a mattress to help with my back problems. I've had sleepless nights for the last week so am really looking forward to trying a new one, despite the fact that it's a huge investment!! Thought store had a great selection and was good quality.

Very friendly and helpful sales assistant Jernmaine. He was very polite and willing to answer any questions I had and spent time going through the pros and cons of my choices to help me make the right choice. He was enthusiastic but not at all pushy and I felt valued as a customer. He checked with a colleague with anything he wasn't sure of to ensure he gave me the correct information. Tessa who processed my application was also very friendly and helpful when completing the documentation. A very pleasant shopping experience.
