Great customer service helpful and knowledgeable staff

Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. All went smoothly.

I had a really good visit

Words alone cannot explain how fantastic it was when I enter the store, I heard this lovely sweet voice "WELCOME TO DREAMS" when I looked I saw this lovely cheerful person sitting at a desk ready and willing to help me, tears came into my eyes, I went over to her told exactly what I was looking for straight away she stood up took me to what I wanted and let me tried it out, I didn't want to leave the store or get of the bed I said to her I could sleep here, she smiled and said she know.

Knowledge of products was excellent. Friendly and very helpful staff.

When entering the store I was made to feel welcome straight away, Sharon the sales woman greeted me when I first entered the store. As I was walking around looking at different mattresses Sharon kindly asked me if I needed any help. She made me feel comfortable straightaway she didn't rush me into choosing a mattress straightaway. Sharon listened to what i was looking for and showed me a wide range of mattresses and was very good at explaining the differences in each mattresses as i had no clue what i was doing. Sharon also gave me space and didn't hover over me she was very patient with me and did an excellent job at helping me choose the right mattress. Sharon was just brilliant

Mg showed us product my wife wanted I didn't really want it anymore Mg gave us space for us to discuss it and then we asked for something different which Mg found on line for us and we made the deal.

The staff were attentive, gave me space to look about and offered advice. I didn't feel hurried and they talked me through the options even when I had semi-decided just so that I refreshed my thinking, They pointed out the flexibility in the products and sales service and were quite clear when there was a commitment to be made. They made me a cup of tea - which relaxed me. It was the end of the day but they were really in no hurry to see the back of customers.

Quality of service excellent taking time explaining product. sale's lady very polite & friendly,overall an excellent service by the dreams team I'm very impress. (thanks dreams)
