I was very glad with the high standard of customer service as soob as i entered in the show room the assistant waz very polite adsertive and helpful with my order with dreams.

The sales assistant was welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. She directed me to the items I requested and showed me different choices for both a sofa bed and ottoman bed. I was given a copy of the pricing and we discussed assembly and extra insurance. All of these were important factors in my deciding to buy from DREAMS. As I wanted delivery in a few months time we worked out how we could arrange this on the system. I trust her that my delivery should go to plan but will tell you more after the event!

They explained all the mattresses to us which made it easy to work out which one we wanted. And then they helped us make the order and it was all straightforward and we were very pleased to learn about the finance deal, which is great for us!

I felt very welcomed from the beginning, and i felt like i was a privileged customer and this made me feel very comfortable. The sales assistant was knowledgeable of the products to the extent i wanted her advice and recommendations to what i should pick. I was offered more than once a drink while waiting which was nice and felt very easy to ask all i wanted, and i left a very happy customer who will be defiantly revisiting the store for future purchases.
