Elda was very friendly and patient she took her time and offered advice. she went out of her way to give us the correct information regarding VAT refunds for export and we didnt feel rushed at all.

I liked the knowledge of Dream's consultant, who replied to every single question regarding different items in the store (mainly beds and sofa beds). Dreams Haringey seems very spacious and not overcrowded, which means that you can spend as much time as you need without any hassle.

Both myself and my wife are managers working for the John Lewis partnership we both recognise good customer service, however it is very rare to actually receive excellent customer service. The whole experience was excellent, very informative good additional sales pitch, very good closier of the whole experience. A pleasure to be served by an excellent sales assistant.

Elda was friendly without being pushy, I was impressed with the way she explained ll about all the different mattresses and was knowledgeable about them.
