B192 I was very satisfied with the service received at Dreams when i visited the store. I was especially satisfied with Jalal as he explained the differences in prices, the bed ranges available for my budget and the necessary accessories for my bed. He also explained why the mattress cover is ideal as i have a 7 month old. I was also offered to use one of the sofa beds in the back of the store as it was a much more private area to breastfeed the baby. All in all it was a great experience. Thank you Dreams Harringay.

I had used the Dreams website to check the sale that is available, once I found the mattress I was interested in I noted it down and went to the store. Upon naming my mattress, the employee, Jalal, who helped me, knew exactly where the mattress was & the pricing on it including the different sizes. He made me feel comfortable about testing the mattress out in store & let me know all the available guarantees in terms of cover and delivery. After that, Jalal helped me pick out a topper and bed set which most suited my needs. He was very knowledgeable on the products and really tried to get me the best deal possible. After that, I had a completely smooth transaction with Jalal at the desk and enjoyed the conversation and friendliness of the purchase. Jalal was very friendly and managed to show me a offer which I had no idea I was eligible for and I will not forget the joy of the purchase. I was so satisfied with the savings I made that I even went for the mattress cover which Jalal explained as very reasonable. I was very satisfied with my experience at Dreams and will definitely be going back to that store and recommending it to all family & friends due to employees like Jalal.

My Sales advisor Not was very welcoming towards me and help me with my query I had about a bed I brought previous. Whilst I was wanting to speak to customer services, Noor offered me a drink whilst I waited. Noor assured me that my bed was till in stock as I was worried that I may have been discontinued as I brought the bed in 2015, he showed me the bed on the website. I noticed the bed side table which matched the bed I have and I purchased it with Noors help. I am really happy to be getting that product and wish that I had see it sooner.
