Wonderful and caring customer service

We were welcomed very warmly within seconds of being in the store and taken to the sleep machine that measured our sleeping styles. The people on hand were chatty, friendly and very knowledgable. We were shown a selection of 8 mattresses and allowed plenty of time to lie on them and go back to check the previous. Tessa & Ash were excellent, knowledgeable and friendly and helped us loads finding exactly what we were after. The only slight downside is that delivery takes a couple of weeks, but that’s completely understandable as we ordered a large mattress! Thanks again, would highly recommend to friends and will be back!

Jalal was very helpful and provided a lot of assistance and advice on what mattress to choose.

Tessa offered assistance as she was returning from getting lunch and was even willing to sacrifice her time settling back in to work in order to help me find the right bed. Her manner was friendly and she had that calm professionalism of an expert. The quality of the sleep analysis machine and the range of products available exceeded any expectations I had. Selecting a final bed and other items I required was easy and the payment and financing process was smooth. I had hoped to take delivery of my bed sooner, but the combination of my work patterns and availability didn't help.

Very friendly staff, wiilng to help me straight a way as soon as I walked in store. They offered me dirink on arrival. Jalal is very friendly and accommodating.

Lina was an exceptional sales team member, her knowledge was refreshing. She was very polite and courteous and definitely not pushy-which was lovely. The two delivery drivers were really courteous, helpful, and smiley! All members of staff mentioned are an asset to Dreams!

The minute we arrived we were greeted by staff and asked what we were looking for then were taken to a place where my mum could layover on a bed and the computer assisted her on which mattress is good for her. That was a big help. Then the assistance helped us to choose the right mattress. The whole process was fast and easy. The assistant was friendly and helpful.

I was very satisfied with the customer service from haringey green lanes store in manor house. Her name is Magdalena who was very efficient along with her colleague. I am purchasing another bed mattress today and headboard. Happy customer and i hope when received it will be quality.
