The sales man was superb. Knew his stuff not pushy. Exactly what you need

staff had a great understanding and where very friendly.

Was made to feel welcome, and provided my son with colouring to do in the shop so we could take our time to shop. This was much appreciated.

We popped into the Harringey store in London to place an order for an item we needed. We were impressed with the speedy assistance and help we received from your colleague and as we wanted the item quickly we were delighted to be advised the item could be delivered within the next few days which is great for us.

Upon entering the store I was greeted by a member of staff, who was efficient and welcoming. He offered me a cup of coffee and had excellent product knowledge

as I walked in to the store I was greeted with the most welcoming smile, the assist was friendly and very understanding to my needs and answered every question I ask, if she was unsure she would ask the store supervisor who was also very helpful. they allowed and encouraged me to try out all the mattress etc.. great sales assists. I left the store feel very comfortable and happy. I did return and again was advised and help with great care.. so I purchased all my new bed furniture that day. thank you dreams
