The assistant gave me time to look around without pestering me, and as soon as she saw that I was ready she was there to help. The store was clean and well laid out, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. A perfect experience.

I didn't have to spend an age making a decision. The assistant was very informative and helpful. She suggested mattresses that met our criteria and was reassuring. Efficient service.

The sales lady was very professional made every effort to help us that day and keep my granddaughter occupied as well whilst we were deciding on which mattress to buy- she was able to tell us all the spring strengths and had no problem in giving us details on the memory foam items as well- she was very patient and made us a hot drink whilst we were there - she was even able to help her colleague with the customer she had whilst keeping her efforts on us at all times - very experienced nice time had that day- never felt pressured or followed around the store like some places and you feel pressured into buying this was not like that at all- - I just wish I could remember her name

Big selection of beds to choose from and the staff explained the differences between the choices of beds available. I did not want memory foam because it can get too hot in the summer so they showed me how to select from the other types of beds available I liked the fact that they had a green band colour coding to show that they were not memory foam otherwise I would not have been able to differentiate between the beds. It was easy to choose what I wanted and the prices were good.

Excellent service from staff (Ash) who was knowledgable and patient and made an effort to arrange my delivery to be as soon as possible around my limitations (took my order, rang the depot, rang me back etc). Really impressed with his customer service and have recommended the store to a friend.

I was highly satisfied because when I walked into the store I was greeted with smile then after talking to the attendant I was taken around in the store to find the bed I was looking for, I was then led to the desk to complete my order where I was offered tea, my overall experience I can not fault it in anyway good service good customer relationship 10 out of 10.

The assistant was very knowledgable about the beds and mattress we wanted to buy. She was very friendly but she also did not try and push us into purchasing an item. She gave us her advice left us to look around then came back to help us. Very good.
