walked in the store and even though the staff new we were looking they did not pester us when we decided on our purchase we had a very polite and helpful assistant to take our order overall A1+

We were greeted when we walked into the store but given space to walk around and try a few mattresses. When we needed help, a staff member was there to answer all our questions and show us a few alternative options. The purchase was very quick and everything explained clearly. We weren't even really planning on buying a mattress that day but it all seemed so easy we decided we might as well just do it then and there.

The staff member who looked after us was very well informed about all of your products. Very friendly and positive about all options

Sharon, whom was looking after us was very helpful. She got my wife and myself a cup of tea when trying out the mattress. Which felt great and not rushed to make a choice. She told us about each mattress and price plans and recommendations for finance. We spent a long time in the shop trying out every mattress in the end we went for our gut and Sharon was great, even help with picking a pillow and tell us what we should be looking for. Very happy, Mattress has just arrived today very excited to sleep on it tonight.
