Exceptional service by Tessa, we were greeted and given the space needed to look around before being approached for questions. Tessa, who served us, had excellent product knowledge and catered for our needs.

I felt I was given the time and space to browse the store without being hassled and when I needed assistance staff were on hand and went through the fine details of buying my purchase it was very stress free

This was our very first purchase with Dreams and it won’t be our last. We have just bought our very first home and Tessa couldn’t have made it easier for us. She was the first face we saw when we entered the store and helped us with every query we had. So friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend her, she was fabulous.

I was greeted when i endered the store with a smile, allowed to look around and request for help when I needed it by Sharon the Manager.

The minute we arrived to store we were welcomed by staff member Noor. He were with us during or visit ,answer all the questions. He wasn’t pushy like we have to buy products. He recommended and asked or needs. He made us to feel we were like at home and offered drink to.

My experience during my recent visit to the store was a very pleasant and positive one. The lady that assisted me (Sharon) was very knowledgable and confident. She was able to answer all the questions I had and offer alternatives when I wanted to explore other options. She is an asset to your organisation. My only hope is that the delivery and the quality of the products I purchased don't let down the excellent customer experience I had.
